Repair Center - Warranty
Heaphy Associates has specialized in repairing Dupont CORIAN countertops since 1993. In some cases, these repairs are covered under Dupont's 10 Year Warranty. In others -- when the warranty does not cover the problem -- Heaphy Associates works directly for homeowners or contractors.
How Does Dupont's Ten Year
Warranty Program Work?
If your DuPont CORIAN® countertop is less than 10 years old, and you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, please call 1-800-4-CORIAN. Be prepared to furnish proof of purchase, and to describe your problem accurately. If your warranty claim is approved, your claim will be assigned to an Authorized CORIAN® Service Specialist.

If your claim is assigned to Heaphy Associates, we will contact you promptly to make an appointment to resolve your problem. You can use this website to make an appointment. We cannot perform any work under DuPont's warranty program without a repair authorization issued by DuPont.
If, for any reason, your problem is not covered by DuPont's warranty, we will be happy to give you our evaluation of the problem and possible solutions. If you decide to use our services, you can make an appointment through this website. Click here for pricing guidelines.
